Melinda. How I hate hearing that yet another woman's symptoms are put pushed away with "oh maybe you need an antidepressant"....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... Maybe some doctors need a smack upside the head to take women seriously. Persist. It took a year for me to be diagnosed. I would rather have been overly vigilant that dismissive. You have to be an advocate for your own health.
