Betel nut chewing has been associated with Oral Cancer for some time so if that was one of the ingredients in your pan masala then it is possible that your cells have developed cancer especially in combination with alcohol and tobacco, both of which are also linked to OC.

But there is only one way to determine if you have oral cancer and that is by a biopsy of the suspected cells. NO ONE can visually confirm cancer, I don't care how many years they have been practicing.

Regardless of what else you do please stop ALL OF THE ABOVE. No more pan masala, tobacco or alcohol.
