Yes I did go to the ER. Since I am away from home and on vacation I had to look up the closest hospital. They took me in and did a replacement. The ballon on my old tube had broken, even though the tube was less than 4 months old. The tube came out some time during the night and I didn't get to the ER until after 11:00 am. The hole had already started closing and it was quite painful doing the re-insertion. But it is done now. I am not able to eat or drink orally yet so I was pretty hungry when it was all done by 2:00 pm.
