Eileen thanks. The PT did give him lots of stretching exercises to do. For massaging she just said to massage the chin scar in circular motions. He's not doing that.

So is what you had done a lymphatic massage or just regular massaging?

The family dr said if there are no lymphs then you would not do a lymphatic massage. Maybe he misunderstood me or does what he said make sense?

My Dad (Sam) at age 69 dx SCC Base of Tongue T1N2C Well-Diff - March 2006.

35 IMRT rads & 3 Cisplatin chemos - Apr-June/06. Nodes shrunk 50% Dr's suggest ND. Negative PET - he declined ND.

March/07 Had Bilateral ND. No Cancer!! Doing Well!
