I had wondered the same thing. I have had several sores in my mouth that have come and gone since being DX. I know it is nerve racking at first, but I am slowly getting to the poing that I am not freaking out each time. I keep teeling myself just wait a few days and see if they get smaller or bigger and watch the appearance. Most of the time they are gone within a few days.
