It's been awhile since I've posted, and I have questions about my latest development on this cancer journey After another surgery last January for a recurrence in the alveolar ridge and retromolar trigone, they just discovered a lump in my neck which does show up as cancerous on the recent PET scan. Next week I will undergo a neck dissection to remove the lymph nodes on the left side. No chemo or radiation is planned at this time. Any information/advice on this procedure would be greatly appreciated. I am in excellent health otherwise, and have always tolerated surgery well. Thank you all!
