I have just got my appointment for my first PET scan 1/31/08. I am prepaired to find the cancer that is already known on the right side of my neck (already had a biopsy) but I know there is also a smaller lump on the left side. So, I expect to see that also. Hopefully NOTHING else!

Hang in there - one day at a time. I also was diagnosed with Cancer of my right tonsil 3/07, had rightneck dissection 5/07 because the cancer had spread and was in 3 lymph nodes, had radiation - completed 9/07, and I'm back to work 12/07. Remember to keep positive people around you and share your feelings with them.
