Has anyone had any problems after neck surgery or tooth extracting with muscle spasms leading to nerve compression and then causing profuse sweating dizzyness and radical drop in blood pressure? this has been a huge issue my husband has been dealing with after he had two top molars removed on the same side as his previous neck disection.
Can anyone please offer any insight on how to combat this! Medications for the spasms? physical therapy? exercise? anything that might help?
Right now he takes:
Lyrica 75mgs x2 daily for nerve pain.
Skelaxin (just started 3 days ago) 800mg x2 daily as needed or valium 50mgs x3 as needed.
He has started on the dynasplint and is working his way up to 30 mins 3 times a day.
Thank you so much for any input you may have. We are at our wits end with this. He had an episode Monday early am and now again this morning around 3am. And has had 4 other episodes in the previous 3 weeks.
