Bruce, glad you made a decision. No change in diet, already benefit from home cooked healthy foods. I'm keeping up the exercise which seems like the best medicine. Doing the over 50 daily vitamin, but not religiously. Light alcohol, which is no change for me.
Areas to watch closely are the tumor location, and the neck, especially down toward collar bone. Dr checks everything, I do the careful neck & upper shoulder check all the time. I believe HPV grows a bit slower than other forms, so the 1, 2, and even 3 year milestones are key. From what I'm told 5 years is the target to discontinue the regular dr visits.
