You may already be doing this but have you tried sleeping on a 45 degree incline? Clark has to have the head of the bed on a 45 otherwise he is choking and coughing all night. We bought one of those beds that has a dual controls. He can operate his side independently of mine. He never has his side flat On the few times he tried to sleep flat, neither of us got any sleep with his choking, etc.
