Make it unanimous from the guys: Marinol is simply not effective. It's an expensive pill that has only ONE out of FOUR HUNDRED compounds in MJ that together reduce nausea. No surprise it doesn't work in real life except as a placebo. So called studies on Marinol can no longer legally compare it to real MJ due to DEA restrictions but when they did, the patients all prefered the effective natural MJ. So all you can have is anecdotal opinions and no scientific proof.
