I just wanted to say that my husband has been going to Shands in Gainesville for about 8-9 years and is very happy with the care he receives there. They have never lead him wrong and his recoveries from surgeries have gone well. I know you are speaking of the Shands in Jacksonville, but I would surmise they do confer with each other and have the same basic approach to OC. I will always recommend Shands.
