We're all told "Don't let your emotions control you".

That's a really difficult thing to do, mine have done many roller-coaster rides, with me hanging on for sanity.

We're all here to say, "It doesn't matter"; Your instinct is to survive, and you will, as long as you can, the only question is your Comfort Level: If you are in physical pain, get help (chemical, therapy or mind control).
If you are in emotional pain, put your attention to finding therapy that fits you.
Whole Body lifestyle is actually easier for OC patients, because we are often restricted to how we eat foods (puree, liquified, peg), and so very many knowledgable people advocate foods commonly consumed by people in low-cancer rate life styles.

Everything tastes different when puree'd, nothing you can do about that, just use it, become adventurous about mixing foods you would never have otherwise (really liked canned pears & carrot/raison salad, for instance).

Keep Chicken, Beef & Vegie bullion on hand, mix to your own taste, add any number of foods to them.

Remember to add healthy oils, you don't consume them if you don't add them, remember your blender can make healthy nuts edible, especially when mixed with other foods.

Love all, the world needs your Light.
Hugs!
