Craig and I spent some time in NC in November looking after a piece of property my mom owns. We were surprised to see several TV commercials featuring a confirmed real (not actor) OC survivor named Reena. They were appropriately scary! Their campaign is targeting young folks with the message, "Don't Smoke!"

It is nice to see a tobacco state being proactive and using OC as an incentive not to smoke. I wish these commercials were around in the '50s and '60s. But...it was a different clime then!

I hope the "Commercial of Hope" project comes to fruition. We need to increase awareness on all fronts!
