This may be old news to you all, but I was looking at the MailBag in the May 22nd People magazine and at the bottom it talks about Blyth Danner and at the very bottom is say to learn more about head and neck cancers visit speakoutthenc.com and ORALCANCERFOUNDATION.ORG

Yeah, that is so great!!

I thought he died of actual throat cancer, I didn't realize it started in his tonsil....I don't understand how he died so fast and never knew his cancer returned.

This was the part of the follow up letters to the editor from the previous weeks 2 page article, where Blythe told her story of losing her husband Bruce to oral cancer. We got a nice plug there as well. People magazine has a huge circulation, and just a small mention in the mag will send tons of people to the OCF site. That is good for people that need the support you all provide here, and need the information that is on the main body of the site.... now OCF just has to be able to pay the ever increasing web bills. But there is little question that OCF is on the map now. Hopefuly this year we will be able to hire our first staff person to help me, if we have a few more events like the recent one at NYU and private individual support continues to come in through the web site. Its been a tough 5 years to get to this point of national recognition, but we are making serious progress.
