We all love you Minnie, and are praying for your continued strength and courage!
Your daughter is certainly a beauty - she got her looks from her MOM~

Minnie, Thank you for sharing the story and the pictures. I agree that it's clear your daughter got her looks from you. And she certainly looked gorgeous for her prom. What a wonderful dress too.

CarolL, It's wonderful to see you here! You've been in my thoughts and prayers too.

Minnie,
Goodness, why would your daughter pay someone to do her hair and makeup? She obviously does a better job herself. She looks lovely. Glad everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks for the pictures.

Carol, Welcome back. Glad to see you signed on again. What did they/you have to do fix your problem. I still can't post from home.

Take care,
Eileen

Wow, what great pictures....I feel like all of this is so surreal and that no one is real. It is so nice to be able to put faces with names and circumstances. Thanks so much for sharing....the 2 of you look great together! What a fun time prom can be!!!

Take care of yourself,
Paula

Such happy pictures. I know how worried you are and I am glad your family is keeping you busy. I will be thinking of you and your strong constitution. You are at the best place on the east coast I think. I am glad you went there and they found everything as early as they could.
I am so sorry you must suffer more both emotionally and physically. Keep your strength up and take especially good care of yourself.
I will pray for good results also.
Debbie

Minnie,

Or, Mamaminnie as I once knew you! As usualy, I just love the "moments" you share of your life so freely with all of us, but especially, me! I adore you and your family. I envy the way your family bonded even closer through it all. Unfortunately, my family literally disintegrated I think, in part, because I couldn't be for them what they needed. Being a stepmom was especially hard on Susan and Lord knows how hard she tried to hold it all together but we just never got the love going like it was before the cancer.

Thank you for letting me live vicariously through you. When my mother's close companion from Rescue passed away from the heart attack back in 2004 or 2005, the deepest pain was that we didn't get together when I was planning on coming to get him and move him back here to Dallas.

This summer I want to meet and hug you and your family. I drove to California last year with my son to pick up a car we bought on eBay and I wanted to visit with Jim (aka Broadsword) but Susan wanted us to hurry back. I loved the days of Alan, Jim, you and Anna all hanging out helping me make it through the night, literally.

Many of the joys of my life have been triggered or effected by knowing you. I'll see you this summer, I promise!

I love you and your family dearly, lady, and I will be praying for His wisdom and guidance for your entire medical team; comfort and peace for you and your entire circle of family and friends and especially for His love to fill your heart and always be in the center of all your life.

If I could for just a day take all your worries, all your pain and all your trepidation I would certainly do it. I hope you know that anything you need, all you have to do is ask.

May He continue to drop miracles in your path all the days of your life!

With love,

Ed
