Made these for John last night and he ate 9 or 10[he lost count, but they were the 1st real meat he could handle in a long time, he only has 4 upper teeth left after surgery]
BABYBack ribs[we bought at Walmart]
Preheat oven to between 3:15 and 3:25 degrees
Place ribs in good quality roasting pan and cover with BBQ sauce[mild, spicey, etc depending on what your palate can tolerate]
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hrs.
Check once to see if more sauce needs to be added. They should be steaming in the BBQ sauce.
I "finished" these on the grill and basted to crisp the sauce a little. The meat fell off the bone and was easy to swallow and great tasting. There were 5 adults eating-I cooked 2 slabs-and 2 ribs left. If you are looking for meat easy to eat, try this. Amy
