I was supposed to have my surgery last Friday, 4/30, but the Dr. called and threw his back out the night before and didn't think he could get through the surgery and didn't want to leave me opened up on the table. I of course thanked him as that would have left me in an awkward position. We have rescheduled the surgery for Tuesday, 5/04. Hopefully it will occur this time because I am loosing the ability to psych myself up for this. Regards, Kirk

SCC Base of tongue, (TISN0M0) laser surgery, 10/01 and 05/03 no clear margins. Radial free flap graft to tonsil pillar, partial glossectomy, left neck dissection 08/04
