A good morning to all -

My husband has just been diagnosised with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. A few days ago the word meant nothing today it is a blow to the system. They are going to run a few more tests to see if the cancer, which has already spread bi-laterally to the lymph nodes of his neck, has spread to his lungs. I have taken human anatomy and am an EMT and find myself reseaching all aspects of this disease - where as my husband doesn't want to talk about it. I told him you cannot be ingnorant and have to have an understanding of what it is and what it does. I am scared as I am sure he is. Has not started any treatment yet as they have not staged the cancer- just found out Wednesday of this week. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated. I hope he wasn't diagnosised too late.

Thanks
Bina
