I saw the ENT on tues. He biopsied my tongue in the office. Now we wait for the results. I also had swelling on the left side of my nec that my GP thought was an enlarged lymph node. ENT said it was an enlarged parotid gland. He actually thinks the two things are unrelated. I have an appt to ultrasound the paratid on Dec. 6. I have Shogren's disease, so this could explain the parotid. He was very encouraging, though. Now we wait. But I feel so much better, now that the biopsy is done. Bill, I live in OKC but we are trying to sell our house in order to move to Edmond! Our daughter and her hubby and sons live in Edmond and we need to be closer. We also need to get out from under our house payments and downsize. Medical bills are eating us alive! My favorite brother-in-law lives in Ga! Small world isn't it? | | |
