I'm here because my mom is suffering from cancer, ADC type.
We've tried chemotherapy, and any other radiation therapy but still it didn't work out well.
Right now were trying alt meds, herbal meds, just finding any cure or treatments.
The mass on her head is getting bigger...
I'm asking for advices or help about adc..
I would appreciate it very much.
Thank you

By ADC, do you mean adenocarcinoma?

Most posters here have been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, but there have been a few with adenocarcinoma.

Use the Search function at the top of each page to find them -- use adenocarcinoma as your search term and be sure to Search All Open Forums to get the maximum results. Also do a separate search using the search term adenoid cystic carcinoma, which will bring up different posts.

Once you find others with the same diagnosis, you can contact them by e-mail or private message using the icons at the top of each of their posts.

You can get more information about adenocarcinoma from the main part of the Oral Cancer Foundation site -- the Search link at the very BOTTOM of each forum page (in gold) goes to the search function of the main site.

April 2006: Husband dx by dentist with leukoplakia on tongue. Oral surgeon's biopsy 4/28/06: Moderate dysplasia; pathology report warned of possible "skip effect." ENT's excisional biopsy (got it all) 5/31/06: SCC in situ/small bit superficially invasive. Early detection saves lives.
