Donna, You are in my prayers too. I also had a diagnosis of breast cancer following hard and fast on a diagnosis of tongue cancer and I know how two things back to back like that can really seem overwhelming. Enjoy being home with your family, is my advice, as best you can right now and let their love and the support you find here (there are wonderful people here) give you the strenght you need right now.

Donna,

All I can say is that I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. One cancer diagnosis is difficult, I cannot imagine two at the same time. Just take it one day at a time, one minute at a time if you have to. We will all be here for you any time you need to vent.

Hi Donna, sorry to hear you have been through the wringer. Hang in there girl, and whatever you do, stay positive. I know you're probably sick of hearing that word by now, but it will help. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. It's marvelous today what the doctors can do for cancer patients. I've heard so many positive stories lately of people just about on death's door, only to survive. So eat well and healthy, build up your strength as much as you can going through all this, especially radiation/chemo. Make lots of smoothies with all the good fruits and eat your vegies girl!! Stay strong, sending heaps of good vibes your way, all across the seas from downunder here in Australia.

Hello Donna,

I had 33 treatments of IMRT radiation over a year ago. There was no pain during the 15 minute procedure. I was one of the lucky one that didn't experience any of the side effects from it. Hoping that you to will sail through your treatment. There may be some bumps in the road but I know you will make it. Your positive attitude will carry you a long way.
Been thinking about you and wondering how you were doing? Keep posting any concerns you have. Someone will answer.

All my best, Danny Boy
