Well finally had my appointment at The James with specialist. They really do quite a check up. They even had me see a speech therapist said it was standard stuff. I was also checked by 3 different doctors and one student for the Dysplasia. The doctor did a "Punch" biopsy and said should have results in about 3 days. He said it was good to keep an eye on things and said he would see me in about 6 months depending on results. Oh yes on the way home from clinic the stitch came out. I called and they said if no bleeding it should be ok.
So just waiting for results. Hope my posts might be informative to others with Dysplasia.

Good job taking care of yourself, sounds as though you hunted down a truly on-the-ball doc. We're pulling for you to come back clean!

Well I just got the results of my second biopsy. No change!
Still have the Mild Dysplasia. I must be honest that I am just a little disappointed that it hasn't reversed itself.
BUT i'am truly thankful that it hasn't got any worse.
So the doctors at the James said we will keep an eye on it and they will see me in six months and keep following up with dentist. So back to watching and waiting!!
I am not going anywhere!
