For the fun of it, here are a couple of recipes I enjoyed!
Cafe Ole
1 cup of hot coffee
1 Tablespoon of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 drop of vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Heat all ingredients together and serve
Mocha Orange Bisque
1 cup of crushed ice
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1 egg yolk
1 Tablespoon instant coffee
2 drops of orange extract
Combine all ingredients in blender and combine. Makes 3 (7 oz) servings.
Mocha Banana Milkshake
1 envelope of chocolate instant breakfast
1 cup of cold milk
1/2 small ripe banana
1/3 teaspoon of crushed instant coffee crystals
Place all ingredients in a blender and cover, process on high speed until well blended. Makes 1 - 12 oz serving
If you are like me and like pumpkin pie it is a great soft food, without the crust ofcourse.
