Just wondering if anyone has experience with Doxil as a chemo treatment. Sounds like when Pam finishes radiation, they would like to use Doxil but insurance has turned down. The clinic said this is usual for Doxil and usually will take some paperwork to get approved. Anyone gone through the process or know why insurance is hesitant on approving/paying?
