Am new to this site and so can anyone please help me with imformation on this treatment.
It is not used here in New Zealand but the HNC that I am under has a specialist coming from Holland to review my case.








2006 T2NOMO left glossectomy neck dissection radiation
2008 T1NOMO right tongue resection neck dissection
2008 flap reconstruction
2009 laser excision OSSC's floor of mouth
2010 excision floor of mouth recontruction

April 2006: Husband dx by dentist with leukoplakia on tongue. Oral surgeon's biopsy 4/28/06: Moderate dysplasia; pathology report warned of possible "skip effect." ENT's excisional biopsy (got it all) 5/31/06: SCC in situ/small bit superficially invasive. Early detection saves lives.

Thank you so much for your help.
Unfortunately can axcess very little information
re the side affects of PDT.
Is there a thread that I have missed?
Am new to a computer and how STUFF works !!!
