I am going in a couple of weeks and I need a scan ct or pet, but i was just wondering how its done. Before when I was treated at civilian hospital it was a team approach but my ENT was my primary doctor. Just wanting to get an idea before I go.
Thanks Joe
Stage 4a scc finished treatment Nov. 08 last scan 05/09 clear

But it is located right beside the University of Pittsburgh Hospital a world known Hospital and they have them close by to help if needed. I was at the Va Clinic today.
Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April. --- Passed away 5/14/14, will be greatly missed by everyone here
