Well, finally I get an MRI tomorrow . This should have been done in Nov. but they argued I might have metal in my body from the 2 Aortic Aneurysm surgeies I had. I told them I had 2 MRI'S since the last aneurysm but they just can't believe sonmetime that we know what we have and don't have. Sure I have metal in my shoulders from 4 surgeries but that doesn't count and magnets won't bother them. Right after the MRI I have to go straight to the Oncologist office for the results. They are reading it as soon as I get finished. Heck, my esophagus is hurting just as much , but every time my Dr schedules a scope, it seems something happens with good old OC and it's buddys. I will be arguing with the Dr tomorrow because he is not taking all of my tongue and all of my lower jaw and then doing a major surgery to lower my stomache back into the cavity it was in years ago. That would proably loosen up the Barretts which is bad enough right now. He will lose the discussion unless he can prove his ideas are a needed necessity or I die. Hell , 74 the 21st of Feband I will make the 100 yr mark anyway.

Since posting this. UPMC, Pittsburgh, Oct 2011 until Jan. I averaged about 2 to 3 surgeries a week there. w Can't have jaw made as bone is deteroriating steaily that is left in jaw. Mersa is to blame. Feeding tube . Had trach for 4mos. Got it out April.

Ez-Jim. Good luck with the MRI. I am praying that they can do something to help you feel a little better anyway and relieve some symptoms.

I don't blame you for not wanting to go through that surgery unneccarily - Stick to your guns! Whatever you decide to do is the best decision for you. Its your body.

We all love you here and will keep you in our thoughts and hearts.

Thanks for all the boost all. I will try to live up to your expectations. Time to get ready and drive. At least the sun is out but still damn cold.
