Was wondering how everyone fairs when they get a cold or flu. Do you notice that your sinuses have been more sensitive after radiation/surgery chemo etc? Also how does coughing affect you? I feel like I strained a muscle in my neck because I've had a terrible cold the last few days. Feeling much better now but its kind of strange. I feel liek since so much tissue was removed in the ND that sometimes my neck muscles get strained when I cough too much. Also its tough having a cough I feel like my throat is so much more sensite. Its not as bad as last year.. I got a lot of swelling and pressure in my sinuses which I'd never really experienced before. I was never one to have sinus problems.
Anyways-- just wondering. Feel like I'm finally turnin the corner today!
Thanks! Kate

Still sucks like it use to. One thing that I have stopped is taking a pill form of an antihistamine and now will use only a nasal spray. Seems to dry me out less but still works in the nasal dept.
