My partner who is 9 months out of treatment for tonsil cancer with lymph involvement (6.5 weeks of radiotherapy and weekly chemo no neck dissection) has started to experience bad headaches and pains in the neck on the same side as the cancer and treatment. He woke up last night in agony. Naturaly I am very concerned.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks

Fortunately we have a consultant's appointment this week so will be able to ask. I want to see if we can demand a scan if the headaches continue but it ain't so easy this side of the pond.

I have often been envious of our friends here who can access doctors and treatment so much easier than we can ,but i dont envy them their bills or insurance costs!!!! I hope you get some answers to the headache problem have you asked about trigeminal neuralgia?Rob had it and bell and paul had a real problem with it.
