You know - what kills me, is I "get" the people manufacturing and marketing/selling this "crap" - they are in it for a profit. What I don't get is why friends/family (some of them) "insist" that this is the "end all be all" cancer cure. I mean are they obviously this stupid???

Sorry to sound so negative, but my BIL was driving me crazy with this kind of crap.
