The extememly high concentrations of this that I was referring to are bleaching compounds (currently being explored for harmful effects) as they continue to be used as tooth bleaching agents. So far the only people that I have found who have developed a dysplasia related to this particular use were using it at many times the manufacturer's recommendation.
