Johnnie, I dont think I mentioned if you are going to do HBO you may first need to have tube put in your ears. One facility I went to required all patients to have this done prior to starting their sessions. Its not a big procedure. Its outpatient surgery with some ENTs doing it right there in their office. The only inconvenience I had with having the tubes in my ears was needing to always use ear plugs when I would take a shower. To me, having the tubes put in was one of the easiest things Ive done. After going thru rads, chemo and several surgeries I went thru so many worse things than getting the tubes. If your doc doesnt mention the tubes, ask if you will need them.
