There is a Phase I trial here using real time Ct scans to modify the treatment based on anatomical changes and/or tumor size reduction. The SBRT is given in 5 fractions, a day off, 5 fractions, day off, etc. The cumulative dose is expected to be 4,500 Gy over a week and a half with expectations of minimal collateral damage.
