Yes, this was a problem for me (and still is) -- I have an obturator and have issues with a drippy nose, especially when drinking and eating. It was worse for the first year, got better and better over time; now (four years later) I just need to wipe my nose a few times during a meal. I don't know why it happens, nor why it got better, but there is HOPE for your husband that things will improve! Hang in there!
