I have found "Meeting the Challenges of Head and Neck Cancer" by Leupold & Sciubba to be helpful. It is rather clinical--not sure it would be a good fishing companion--but it has a lot of helpful info about types of OC, treatment, coping with treatment, etc. It has a lot in one place if you want something more clinical.
