Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 5,260 Likes: 3 | Any kind of mouth pain that stick around for more than two to three weeks should b looked at by either an oral surgeon or ENT. I had an actual sore on my tongue - but some peoe present with pain, and an enlarged lymph node. Both are possible signs of cancer. It could also be that you've a bit of lock jaw, please get it looked at!! Hugs and good luck!
