Another great video, Nate! Thanks for sharing your progress. I know it's going to help a lot of people. Please, please, please, as Davidcpa suggests, have someone get rid of that last cigarette. I can still remember so well the post he refers to by the wife of a smoker who died. It really did make me cringe and cry big tears. You can substitute other stuff like eat all your favorite foods or do something else you enjoy. I've also heard of the "SSS" system of quitting smoking - it's whenever you feel like smoking, you just substitute sex instead. I'm just saying, whatever works!
