Just thought of something--I think your holding on to that one cigarette is a metaphor for wanting to have your life back to the way it was before cancer. Flush that thing down the toilet! Your life is now on a different course. You can't hold onto the past. It's a myth, and none of us can do that. All the best as you move forward.
