I LOVED IT...And was truley impressed with your wife ....she is such a spitfire and now I AM GOING TO BUY her cookbook! I love to cook ..I never ate to much mexican food as I didnt like Spicy , but my mom got remarried to a man who is of mexican decent and since I have been able to eat "authentic" mexican food I have learned to like it and realized it isnt all spicy ..So I would love to read her book and try her recipes...I already thought of her as a wonderful person for standing by you through all....BUT WOW !! she is a wonderfully stong and motivational and inspirational woman isnt she ?
