Hi, after several posts and several replies, thank you to all. I can now say the last MRI showed no trace of cancer in my husbands throat and he has a node of 1.7cm in his neck. The doctors would have disregarded this node had it been 1.5 cm. They are now watching it. They may have to do a dissection. We are truly blessed and a huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders. Congratulations! So happy to read good news about your husband. We are still in recovery mode and had the 2nd month post-treatment appointment today. Pet/CTScan will be early October. My husband is doing well and had the PEG tube removed today and we're hoping for good news to share come October.
