Hey!

Just wondering what everyone would recommend? I’ve been using gc dry mouth gel for years. Works fairly well but I still wake up multiple times a night with dry mouth. I tried biotene gel many years ago, but preferred the gc gel at the time. Coming up to 10 years post-treatment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I use xylimelts. They're tablets that stick to your gum and slowly release moisture at night. They do help.

My dentist gave me Moisyn. Comes in a sprat or rinse. I like it. For me it lasts several hours

I use ACT, not a gel but a tablet which works for hours.
