I’ve seen the term a lot on threads but not sure what it is, and how it’s used. Is it homemade or is it store bought? What does it do? Thx

The magic mouthwash is a mouthwash that can numb the mouth for a few minutes so the patient can eat. Different hospitals have different formulas for it but basically it is a painkiller and numbing agent. The patient swishes it around the mouth before eating and when the numbness sets in, the patient can eat.

Mine also had an anti fungal and anti bacterial agent in it.
