Curious to know if any others have this. It's been going on for quite a few years for my husband, but worse lately.
He gets this VERY stiff feeling in his neck (side he had neck dissection on and the most radiation) - at the same time that he feels very light-headed. It usually last a few minutes and then passes. But he can get it many times throughout the day.

Hi Anita,
I have a patch of muscle under my left jaw line that was scarred by radiation. Every now and again, I'll feel it stiffening, and it has a harder texture than the rest of the unaffected tissue. It feels like old stiff leather for a moment or two. No specific light headedness connected, but it's worth noting that I get that feeling often when exercising (cross trainer & weight machines).

3 years out - plenty of neck muscles that get sore and tight and prone to charlie horse every few days. Just continually stretch neck and self massage. No issues with any light headedness.
