I just joined this group after reading a post from Uptown about a book "Nutritional Food Blends" by Penny Warner . I've tried to find the book "Nutritional Food Blends" by Penny Warner. It's not available at this time on Amazon. I've looked everywhere I could think of. I'm not very tech savvy, so maybe I missed something. If you have any other ideas about where I might find it, I would really appreciate it.

I've been on formula since my third diagnosis of tongue cancer and surgery 8/2018. the feeding tube was removed in 2/19. I thought I could get enough nutrition from the formula. But it appears the synthetic formulas are affecting my organs.The Dr is scheduling the surgery for another feeding tube. I've lost 25lbs. in 3 months trying to find the right combination of nutritional values. It's very complicated. I'm interested in that book because it appears to have information on balancing all the elements (protein, fats, fiber, calories, etc.) to put together a blended diet plan that I'd like to try.

There are a number of books, pamphlets, and websites concerning difficulty eating. I had several e-books on the topic, but can’t access then anymore as I forgot my pass code and aol has prohibited me from entering my own past lol.
