It's been 4 weeks since I finished radio/chemo treatment I have the tube on my stomach and eat and drink thru it. I don't really have any in my mouth but my throat still hurts a lot. I will have a neck disection by the end of the month, can anyone tell me if I will go back to feeling lousy, having sores and secretions after this surgery? When will I be able to drink and eat without the tube?

The surgery will have less impact on your swallowing and the soreness in your mouth and throat than anything you've already been through. For me personally it was a good 6 months before all the soreness (mucocitis) and other issues settled down. Even then, I was on a really bland, and very wet, soft, foods for quite awhile. But rest assured that it does get better.
