I had a neck dissection along with a partial glossectomy last December and I continue to have neck tightness on the dissection side, along with nerve pain and shoulder pain. Daily neck stretches are a must. I'm able to sleep through the night though, but using RSO helps on that front.

The number of people involved in my care (@ a CCC) is humbling. Doctors, nurses, therapists, support staff, & of course, family. With everyone fighting for me to beat cancer the least I can do is fight back and win!

I had both sides dissected. I moisturise my neck with a nice rich moisturiser every day after a shower. Gentle but firm. Then I turn my head each side for 5 times, repeating for 3 times. This is what my physio told me to do. It really helps
