Over the years, he spent countless hours making medically accurate posts even when he himself was very ill. Charm's family set up The Tom Baker Jr Memorial Fund in his honor. He had friends all around the world and touched thousands of people's lives. This memorial was set up to take donations from anywhere in the world. DX Dec '10 SCC BOT T4aN2bM0 HPV+ve.Cisplatin x3 35 IMRT.
PET 6/11 clear.
R) level 2-4 neck dissection 8/1/11 to remove residual node - necrotic with NED
Feb '12 Ca back.. 3/8/12 total glossectomy/laryngectomy/bilat neck dissection/partial pharyngectomy etc. clear margins. All nodes negative for disease. PEG in.
March 2017 - 5 years disease free. Woohoo!

I know it would mean alot to Bev and their son for Charm's fellow OCF members to sign the guest book. It does take some time for the posts to appear but at this time there are only 7 entries.
