Okay this may be a bit premature, but O am freaking out of my mind here. I have a PET scheduled today so I will get answers. I awoke this morning to some terrible pain in my tongue. It hurts to move it, it hurts to swallow, and it is bigger and hard. I still have the lower back pain and night sweats. I am so confused as to what this could be. I really do not want to have to go through this again. HELP!!!!!!! I am breathing and going in to work for two hours this morning to try and keep my mind off the whole thing.

You are in my thoughts and prayers that this is a false alarm. Please dont let your mind play tricks on you. PET scans can give false positives. Even if it comes back positive, have another test done. If you did it twice, then you can get thru the 3rd time too. Gosh, you had more than your share of problems with this but so did I and I did it 3 times. No matter what the results are, know we are all in your corner. When do you get the results?
