I had a PET scan that shows only the mass in the lump in my neck. I am scheduled for surgery on March 29th. She will do many biopsys and then a neck disection. Have been afraid, becoming more positive with the more I learn. This was such a shock to me since I have always taken care of myself. I've never smoked, I dont drink alcohol, I've been a vegetarian for 10 yrs and a Vegan for 2. I guess until I have the surgery and biopsys I dont know what else I am going to have to have done. CCC is the best place to head for. Call yourself if you have to. I did and they got me right in at Ohio State James CCC within a very few days.

I don't know what part of California you live but if you live in Southern California, I highly recommend you go to UCLA. They are an excellent CCC. I have been so impressed with the way they treat my husband Ron. Best of luck and keep us updated.
